With a degree in Biology, Dr. Begoña de la Roza-Delgado has been distinguished in 2002 with the Asturias Award for Research. She is a specialist in nutritional assessment and has a wide experience focused on traceability, quality and food and feed safety at laboratory level, employing traditional methods and near infrared reflectance spectroscopy. She has more than thirty years of experience in the application of NIR Spectroscopy to determine the nutritional value and quality of forages on sustainability systems.
