After 25 years of data collection reflecting seasonal and geographic variations, the ann calibration has achieved a unique position as a platform for advanced grain analysis operations. The NIR calibration is now a European standard for measuring protein and moisture in whole grain of wheat and barley and is arguably better than reference methods.
